This course is designed for participants that have to interact, present and develop meaningful relationships with clients. With a focus on Proactive Communication, Rapport and Relationship Building, and Leading clients to Solutions, participants will explore in depth the internal mental and emotional challenges present when developing and maintaining client relationships. By becoming aware of their own thoughts and feelings when working with clients, participants will discover opportunities to engage with clients in ways that build trust and instill confidence.
