This course is for participants that want to develop their abilities to effectively negotiate beneficial outcomes with multiple stakeholders. Using approaches developed by FBI hostage negotiators, participants will learn to use empathy, reflective listening, and vocal modulation to create in others the openness to co-create mutually satisfactory solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
